We are a health and wellness organization seeking to curb the epidemic of childhood obesity by creating a wellness environment supported by exercise, education, and environmental stewardship.
E3 is a non-profit whose charge is simple. Our goal is to improve the lives of our community by providing medically supervised health assessments, mentor-led fitness activities, wellness education and seminars engineered by our licensed coaches. With all these facets of our program, we are taking a holistic approach to combating obesity but also to enriching the lives of the children who participate.
